Help with Infuse 4g phone

Hi, I just bought the New Infuse 4g about a week ago, I can not however figure out how to save a Picture from the text messages. I hold down on picture but no options come up. Anyone know how to do this? Thank you so much in advance. :-*

I think the problem you're running into is when someone sends you a picture, along with a message, as it plays in a "slideshow." If you go back to the original message conversation, you should be able to longpress the message and click "download attachment," as opposed to opening the picture and trying from there.

If the stock messaging app won't work for you, you could try downloading an alternative app like Handcent from the Market.

no click on the picture and it pulls up the slideshow or playing it hit the menu key then click save attachment and make sure you check the box that pops up and hit save.

I just got the Samsung Infuse a couple of weeks ago and have tried saving pictures from a MMS text, however I got it to where it would save but I didn't check the box, but i did hit save. Cld it have gone somewhere in my phone or did I just lose them???
