Hi Guys,
I had to put my Note 4 in for repair to Optus and I backed it up using Kies Air. I'm now trying to transfer all my Data/pics/texts etc back on to my phone using Kies but when I try to install it from the Playstore, it's now saying that app isn't compatable with this version.
How do I now get all my data back from Kies? I don't even care if I can't get it back on to my phone, I just need to get it from Kies. TIA.
