Help with maps voice assist on lock screen

Hi, If I say OK google navigate to work when phone is locked, it just beeps and flashes screen.

If phone is unlocked, it works.

Is there a setting I am missing?

AFAIK "OK Google" can not unlock the phone. Even Bixby has been crippled so it can't unlock the phone securely.

I think I got it, Added mazda as trusted device.
