Help with missing app

There is an app (I don't know what it's called, something like isocare) that is used in settings to check for updates that comes stock. Somehow I lost it. I restored using my earliest restore and it wasn't there either. Flashing other roms doesn't help either. Can anyone help me?

InnoPath ActiveCare. Stock dump will have it. Always try to rename, not delete to avoid that from happening!
