Help with my mx9 pro

Hi I have a number of issues with my mx9 pro tv box.
I can't add to my apps i.e. Kkplayer (kodi), Netflix and Mondbro are visible on my apps as well as visible in Apps. I've highlighted kkplayer to see if I can add a short cut but no joy. Also when I've added a addon in kodi it works just fine then when I turn off the box the addon disappears. Any help or ideas would be very much appreciated.

Read the manual. If you don't have one, search for full instructions online. You're using it incorrectly. When you add an addon to Kodi properly, Jodi keeps it. (That's up to Kodi, not up to your particular box or Android, and I've never had any version of Kodi not keeping an addon. If it's added properly.
