Help with new rooted tb?

Hey guys I'm kinda new to the whole rooting and the benefits ourated the risk to me so I did it and so now I ask this what is the best rom to run and how do you get it on your phone and install it and also can anyone tell me what are some good apps to use for new users to take control of your phone and customize it? And how to customize it. Thx for all the help in afvance.

Yeah I looked but that's for regular not rooted devices :-[
