Help with phone

Hi I have a issue with my late wife's note 20 ultra I can't gain any access to it it seems to be stuck in a loop it will let unlock and gives me a start screen then goes black screen and you can see the top bar and buttons at the bottom but none of them work and I can't clear the cache or anything I tried connecting it to the laptop but that did nothing either any help would be greatly appreciated thanks Derek
