Help with photos Bad

How is that no matter the light situation my photos turn out dark as far as i can see the plastic is not on the lens, yet when i take pictures no matter the light , HDR, or auto flash they come out like the attached settings are set for auto as I am no master at manual adjusting. thanks in advance folks....

If you gone into your camera settings and selected "Reset Settings" and you still have this issue..... you might see about having it checked for a bad camera.
A second thought ... have you installed any new camera apps?

haven't installed any camera apps , i will do the rest and provide back what happens thanks...

Never had any problems with mine. Did you get the little plastic off the flash/heart monitor area?

Yes thats why this isn't making sense I will keep messing with reset and go outside to see if I still get dark pictures
