Help with "Please insert SD card before using camera" problem

For the past couple of months I have had problems with my Optimus V.

I am getting the " Please insert SD card before using camera " message when I try to use the camera.

My SD card is mounted and I have to unmount it and remount it to get the camera to work.

But that's not all.

1. Some of my apps won't install upgrades when they come available.

2. The new and weather widget that came with the phone is very unstable, usually force closes within 3 minutes.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this. I am really concerned about that news and weather app, its built into the rom, I dont see why it should be force closing now.

if your not rooted or ROM'd just reset the phone in the privacy menu. will bring it back to brand new. then just sign into google again and download your apps.

I have reset the phone five days ago. The camera problem is gone, and the news reader is back to its stable self. The phone even seems to have longer battery life now.

All but two of my programs re installed. One of the programs that installed, Google Goggles, installed but now won't update. It tries to start to update gets immediately stuck on a white screen.

I get the error message "Couldn't install on USB storage or SD card" when I try to re install the other two programs.

What should I do?

I have the same problem about insert SD card to use camera. And when I looked at my gallery all pics can't be seen and screenshots can't be saved...my tablet is Torque, a local brand
