Help with Reminders help

I set out the reminder today to do something at 3:00pm but did not remind me at that particular time. What am I doing wrong and how to fix this? Thank you

I'm not sure, but I think it like dings ten times or something. but it your not close it goes bye quick and that's it. but you'll get a reminder in your phone or tablet or Chromebook though also so idk. she'll say ok reminder set. make sure your Google accounts are same n synced .
