Help with ringer

Foe the last few months my phone would talk when I got a phone call or text message or even for my alarms. I dont know how it started and I couldnt find the controls for it. Well all of a sudden its not doing it anymore. Does any one know how I can get that back. I enjoyed having everything read out to me. Please help!

Try looking in Language> text to speech>Driving Mode> toggle on. Hope it helps.

Also, if you have it in your toggles on the notification screen you might have toggled it off there.
