help with tablet pc

We bought a tablet pc and had it connected to WiFi. Well I changed my password on my router and now the tablet won't even turn the WiFi on to search for my router. I factory reset it and its still not working. I know its not my router because my phones are hooked up to my WiFi too. When I try and turn the WiFi om it just says turning WiFi on and then it resets to off.. Ughhhh I'm so aggrivated.. and it don't help that the box I have for my tablet only says tablet pc. Nothing else
