help with text messaging

i have 2 email account installed on my note 2, one is personal and the other is work
why is it when i receive a text message, it also shows up on my work email? is there a way that if i send or receive a text messge, it wont show up in my emails?

Is your work email an Exchange (Outlook) account? And are you using the default mail app to access it?

If so, go into the email app, Menu / Settings, tap on the account name, , and scroll all the way down. Uncheck "Sync SMS."
