help with updating my view

I wonder if anyone here will be able to help me out? I'm having problems installing the newest system update on my view...i think the problem is that I'm using it wifi only... it downloads the update and asks to reboot then i get a weird picture of the android guy and a hazard sign...to get past it i have to hold the power button to shut the device off then the next time i turn it on it asks to do the update again

I've searched this forum and cant find anyone else with this particular problem....
can somebody help pls?

I was using wifi as well and got a software corrupted error message..still using wifi i installed antivirus then went back to do the update and it worked just fine...hth!!
