Help with Voicemail

help! i rooted my moms htc evo shift and every since, her voicemails started coming to her gmail, then u would have to download it off gmail and listen to it on the mp3. I tried unrooting and they still come as mp3, i have tried diffrent roms and they still do the same thing, i have tried wiping evrything and it dosnt work. HELP PLease

go to the google voice web page for her gmail account, and mess around with the settings, it'll give you directions on how to set it back to normal. It's not the rooting that caused this problem, it's installing google voice and their unintuitive installer that forces you into stuff like this without really explaining what it's doing.
