Just picked up an s25 Ultra have been using iPhone for years, on iPhone there is a feature under the clock app to stop playing media after a certain time. Is there anything like that for Android?

I usually have either a kick twitch or YouTube video as I fall asleep

Try going to the Digital Wellbeing section of the system settings menu, and set an App Timer for the apps in question.

Try a 3rd party app like Sleep Timer.
