Help!

I'm running stock Jellybean on my Gnex and since this afternoon while in a call I can't access the keypad no matter what I do. On the screen is similar to unlock circle which only allows me to hang up by sliding left it also has a message option by sliding up on the right is a call option but it does nothing. How do I access the keypad again?

May sound silly but have you tried to reboot the phone and see if this clears things up?
