Have you tried deleting and then reloading the widget?

If it's the stock weather widget make sure your google location services are on.

Have you fixed this yet? If not make sure auto sync is on. I must have accidentally turned it off last night, and this morning non of the weather widgets were working, it told me to turn auto sync on. hope that works for you if you haven't figured it out yet.
