my s2 fell face-down on my tiled floor and it is working but i'm seeing a red dot on the screen. can someone help me please?

I guess something broke on your screen's display somewhere...
First of all- Say thank you the issue isn't bigger
Secondly- Go to a nearby store and ask them to examine your phone.
