Hello everyone.... I updated to 4.4.2 a while back and since then my INCOMING CALL NOTIFICATION POPUP doesn't work properly... It will "pop-up",but will not stay on the screen where I was before I got a call... I have yet to find a solution. Someone help.

Setting > Call settings > incoming call notifications, make sure it's checked. It will pop up incoming call at bottom of screen and stay in your current app. I think this is what you are asking for.

I've checked and unchecked countless times...factory reset my phone...tried everything I could think of....
