Locked my screen with a pin code n forgott it is there any way to open it even if i have to reset it how please help

Yes there is. You'll have to do a factory rest from the recovery menu. It will erase everything off the phone, but it will not erase an SD Card if its in the phone. So just take that out if you have one in. But have your tried entering random pins until the unlock with Google Account popped up?
