I rooted my nook with auto nooter and I did this to my nook:

held down the power + volume + n buttom and "returned to stock"

but my nook is still rooted and I cant access the marketplace.

the youtube trick didnt work.

can someone please help me!

If the above is confusing.... I just want to regain access to the apps on the market

Google talk and YouTube work fine.

I would create the Autonooter image again and re-root it. That solved an issue I had when I deregistered my Nook and could not connect to the market anymore.

I am not a rooting expert but I would say no. I don't think re-rooting does any harm, it just replaces missing files etc... If I am wrong others will chime in. As I said that solved my problem.
