What's this about, keeps popping up!!

Hard to say. Have you installed a new app? What were you doing when it came up? Have you rebooted or tried to clear the system cache? Might help as it looks like something is obviously out of control.

I'm travelling so i put a new sim in & it just started popping up? Rebooted & its still happening

Okay, that would indicate its associated with the new SIM, would it not? Don't know what to say other than it appears the phone doesn't like your new SIM.
