Hellooo i need help please. I have been trying to unlock my galaxy s3 ( I9300) that i got from claro in puerto rico but i cannot get to the screen where it asks the network unlock code. I have followed the instructional videos in youtube step by step and i still am not able to get to that screen. Even if i put a different sim card it still does not ask for the unlock code. All it says is network locked. I need help please
