Hepatic vibrations

I have my hepatic vibration set to on. While in the middle of typing any sort of message, the vibrations stop. I'm wondering if this is a known issue, or should I do the dreaded factory reset to see if that fixes it. Is hate to lose all my settings, and apps. *Not rooted*

Does it happen once you start typing or while your already typing?

Out of all the problems that I have, this is one of them. The only time the feedback doesnt happen is when the battery is low and it goes into its power saving mode or whatever. If it does it with everything, text, web, email, ect, I'd factory reset it. Of course a battery pull though first.

This means that your liver, one of your internal organs, is vibrating--sounds like a serious medical condition. Oh wait, you probably meant haptic! Never mind.

It vibrates at first, but the stops after just few words in a message. Just called to get a replacement, as factory resetting did not work.
