HERE we go app not working

[Android Central Question]

I have Here we go installed on my Gear S3 and LG V10 and have downloaded offline maps on phone and watch. I have GPS/wireless location services enabled on both. On the watch, maps are displayed properly but when I try to locate myself I get "Didn't find you" message. This is when under open sky. I tried deleting and re-installing map and app with no success. Sometimes it does work, but inevitably when I need it to work, it doesn't.
