what is the adroid version on the hero? 1.5? 2.0? i have seen different things.. with both..

is that something that is easy to do?? for the layman.. i was able to figure out how to do homebrews on the pre and such.. is the processor good enough to handle the new roms?

yes the phone is fine for using modded roms.

HTC is going to update de phone to 2.1, they just need to adapt Sense UI to it, its a matter of weeks im guessing at this point.

how about the people flashing their phone.. are they overriding the sense ui? or is the phone still using the sense ui?
