I have FINALLY figured out why I haven't gotten Ice Cream Sandwich pushed to my phone. I couldn't understand why everybody else is having fun and I've been left out of the Ice Cream fun.

But, how did Motorola find out I was lactose intolerant??

But hey...it's cool to have something to look forward to.
Sidenote, my wife bought a real box of ice cream sandwiches last week (not in celebration of ICS, she still loves her ignant phone). So now, when I see that box in the freezer or one of the kids or their friends eating an ice cream sammich, I wonderrrrrrr.
So, I check!!

And, I get that "Your device is up to date!".
Can't decide if that exclamation point at the end is like my mom yelling at me to 'Stop going out in your sockfeet!'
or Motorola saying 'Be excited...your phone is perfect now AS IS, so stop checking, you're up to date!'.

For the 1st - 15th update checks, it said "Your device is up to date."
16th-25th : Your device is up to date!
26th-35th: YOUR DEVICE IS UP TO DATE!
36th and onward: &(^&%@^($&)**@^$(*^*)@&()&$(&*_) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
