Hey Google not responding always

For months now sometimes it responds then it does not. If I restart the phone it always works again, but sooner or later it does not.
I happens when I'm at home with WIFI, or on the road using my data, with the Bluetooth switched on or off, after retraining my voice etc etc...
I really depend on Google Assistant, but this is driving me crazy, ANY help will be appreciated!

You can try clearing data,cache,data,force stop Google app and set up google assistant again

Ok go to Google search bar widget on the home page and tap G on it and it will take you google feed from there scroll to the bottom and tap more , then settings >tap google assistant and set it up there.
