Why google assistant won't respond.... no matter the phone is locked or unlocked. I tried everything, retrained my voice model. Look at the settings attached. Any help?

What about the squeeze, where you squeeze the sides of the phone, does it work for you then?

Does it work in Safe Mode? https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/2852139?hl=en. (To be honest, I'm not entirely sure if Google Assistant works in Safe Mode, but it's worth a try.)

Also, what language is your assistant set to? And which voice type? Folks are reporting similar issues on the Google Assistant help community forum and some say that switching the language to English (if not English) and picking a different voice type helps.

There is probably more than one way to get there, but I went to Google app > Settings > Google Assistant > Assistant > Assistant Voice. You should be able to change it there.

I have English Canada as language. Dont have the option to choose the voice.
