I don't think i have been on here in over 10 years. So. Hello again!

I am just trying to learn a little bit more about my phone and how to work it. I have a Google Pixel 4 and love it. However, sometimes I can be a little too frisky with trying things.

My current issue started out over a week ago when RCS Chat features stopped working. I thought it was due to having the Android 11 Beta version installed on my phone. However, I have since tried to opt out and am having NO success at all.

Can't wait to learn and read more!

RCS is great when it works. I am using it on 11 beta.

Check carrier services under apps. Maybe clear the cache and the data and force stop. Do the same with the messages app.

You can do this by going to settings , apps, (app name), storage, clear cache/ clear data. At the bottom press force stop.

Reopen messages. It should ask you to set the app up again.

Let us know what happens.

akloady252, the last time you were here I had just gotten a Motorola Droid in November 2009. I had that phone in my hands two days ago. It's a lovely paperweight with a proud history.
