Question Hi could I get some advice

I was checking package app as my screenshot file says media not found. I saw this on my list of apps any idea what it is and any idea on how to fix the media not found issue.

I was going into storage and clicking on my phone storage and then picture and then screenshot shot when I click on the screenshot and click open with Google photos it comes up with this

Nope never had T-Mobile in my life

If I click on storage and images and screenshots it's work that way. But not if I click on storage and then the model of my phone and that way it doesn't work
