I was checking package app as my screenshot file says media not found. I saw this on my list of apps any idea what it is and any idea on how to fix the media not found issue.

Unfortunately, I do not know Argos UK, but just a quick Google search would lead me to have serious concerns about your situation. Did you order online or walk into a store? Are you absolutely certain you got a brand new device in a properly sealed box? If so, I would be going to Argos and demanding an explanation.
