Good morning,

My name is Sean, I'm a nurse living in New Hampshire. I'm married for a very, very long time. I have a sweet 65 pound Rottweiler and a wife. I I ride a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad and my current phone is an HTC Thunderbolt. I lead a pretty simple life, I work, ride my motorcycle and am always on the look out for an outlet to plug in my Thunderbolt.

I've been trying to decipher all this stuff to root the phone so I can get rid of the bloatware and be able to tether the phone. I'm a little nervous about doing this, as I can't afford to brick my phone. I'm running firmware version 1.13.605.7. I guess nothing ventured, nothing gained.

ps....I guess the fact that the HTC/Verizon commercials for the Thunderbolt showed them harnessing lightning to start the phone should have been a hint that is sucks up power like hungry dog.
