Hi guys n ladies. Just bought a kyocera echo and I love it. This is my first android phone. I tweak UNIX/BSD and Linux systems for fun and profit. Can't wait to see how "*NIX"y android actually is!

Can I get the CLI? Can I telnet? I just found the thread to root the device but haven't done so, yet.

Thanks in advance for your input and advice. Also, if anybody has linux questions, please feel free to post them to me (public or IM) on Debian User Forums (I've got the same handle there)
