What are the issues?

Mostly problems with Bluetooth is the worst one. nothing to do with voice recognition is really working and I see others with the issue and no concrete reasons or solutions. The other one I notice is the display of resources the apps use never finishes updating which was minor but considering I'm starting to have lagging keyboards and general slowness it would be good to know whats using the system up. I just don't know my way around so much with this operating system I guess.
