"Hi Galaxy" not working

Since 4.4 update yesterday on Sprint, "Hi Galaxy" is not working...

Check to make sure "OK GOOGLE" is turned off. Settings, Select Google under accounts and select Voice Search... Make sure "Ok Google" Detection is turned off?

I don't want to disable Ok Google. As a matter of fact I only use hi galaxy because Ok Google doesn't wake-up the phone. When driving I use S voice to wakeup phone then do everything else with Google Now.

Are you sure OK Google doesn't wake up the phone? They had that update a few months ago that added the option to enable it from the lock screen and any screen. Did you turn on those new settings and test it since then?

I don't have a Sprint model so can't comment on the 4.4.4 S voice operation.

Update: it started working today. Hi Galaxy is waking up the phone again. As for Ok Google, it will initiate from any screen including lock but I don't see a way to get it to wake up the phone...

Make sure voice control is on I'm device settings then open S Voice and enable in settings there

I can't get Hi Galaxy or OK Google to wake my s5 up. .. I have everything turned on correctly in the s voice settings but I can't find the voice control settings you speak of in the device settings? I don't see anything that says device settings... I have at&t
