"Hi Galaxy" voice command not working

Anyone having success with Hi Galaxy? Mine never works. Got it to work once or twice when I got the phone last Dec but couldn't get it to work consistently so I forgot about it even though I wanted it to work so bad. I go into settings and make sure it's on and it was always on... now I can't even find it.

My husband has a Droid and OK Google Now always works for him. Any tips on getting Hi Galaxy to work?

let me know if a solution is found i have the same problem. On my the speak screen comes up at random. still havent figured out what im saying when it comes up to make it open randomly like it does.

Boy, this was something I had to research, and found a solution to. Ok, so lets get going. You have a program called Google, not Google+ or Google Search, just Google. Lets click on this, and then go into settings. This should be at the bottom left of your phone. Click on "Ok Google" detection. Once you are in the next screen I have From Google Search App check off, From Any Screen Checked Off, From Lock Screen checked off, and from Lock Scree. If you do not see this scree like I did, I just updated this app, and did what I described. Let me know how you make out.
