Hi how do stop the publisis pop up on my samsung j7 prime.i uninstalled a free tv app.but it still pops up even while i am receiving calls and when no other app is open

Does it persist in Safe Mode?

I've asked the same question in response to many guest posters, with no reply from any of them, but I'm mildly surprised to receive no reply from a member. Do you not know how to boot into Safe Mode?
