Hi, i would like to know why my daughter cant recieve messages or calls from my phone.

She can send texts and ring me and i recieve them. However she does not recieve mine. They say send on my end. She is with OVO and I'm with virgin, my son is with Virgin and they can both communicate through message and calls. She has an iphone and i have samsung. I rang both service providers and they have said the issue is not with them. I got the phone for my daughter for safety reasons and i can't conntact her. If anyone has any suggestions would love to here them. Much appreciated

Are you sending simple SMS texts (i.e., text only, to one person rather than a group, without any images or other files attached), or are you trying to send a picture or send your text to multiple people? If the latter, then it's MMS, which requires mobile data to be on -- is yours on?
