Hi everyone. I have an adroid black point tv however I am unable to locate the privacy/personal settings. When I go to the settings option it does not provide the privacy/personal settings which I need access to in order to enable unknown sources. I would like to download apps however without that settings option I am unable to do so. Please help!

Also there is playstore on the TV however it doesnt load. I have other apps such as Netflix which works fine but I am unable to download anything because of the settings option that needs to be enabled.

What's the exact model number, and what version of Android is it running? Android TVs won't always have all of the usual system settings that an Android phone or tablet have.

What version of the Play Store app is installed?
