I'm brand spanking new to the Android community. I just received an HTC Evo View 4G tablet that I bought on sale (Sprint). I've been playing with it for the last couple of days and WOW!!! I don't even know where to start. It's very overwhelming...
What apps and games (free and paid) should I download? App/game deals?
What accessories are available and what to buy?
How to navigate around in the system.
To upgrade or not to upgrade to Honeycomb. (Actually, I did read that I should not, but insteadl find a custom ROM to install, which I have know idea what they are, what they do, and how to do it).
What features to enable/disable for less battery consumption, privacy, performance optimization, overclocking, etc.?
....and the list goes on and on and on...you get the point.
I should also say that not only am I brand new to Android, but I'm also severely technically-challenged. I don't know anything about programming, rooting/tweeking systems, and all of the other tech geek jargon that I've seen.....NO OFFENSE TO ALL THE TECH GEEKS OUT THERE...I LOVE YOU AND I NEED YOU. THIS WORLD COULD NOT FUNCTION WITHOUT YOU
Needless to say, I'm very excited to be embarking on this new journey to discover all thing ANDROID!
