Hi, I've lost access to my drop down menu from the top of my s6 active. How do I reactivate it?

I'm still getting notifications at the top of the screen, but I can't open them from the menu.

That could be a launcher problem. Clear cache for the Touchwiz launcher and then reboot your phone. Tell us how it goes.
