Ive had a j4 plus from new decided on a S22 ultra , one problem to the right of my clock is a circle with a tick in it pull down to screen the message says activation incomplete (press it) it says contact service provider to service your device then Internal error 1,press continued it does nothing, I go back to screen the circle/ is still there, went into it a little bit it less me the app is OMADM I've searched the apps can't find a thing so I thought ask the guys that really know about this, hope you can help ,thanks you Alan

Where did you get this phone from, and who's your carrier? Are you certain this particular variant is supported by your carrier?

Hi thanks for looking, I bought this from amazon ,we are on plusnet at home now, just one thing while I was looking around the 21 ultra I came up against T mobile and im sure it said it said did I want to use there service thanks again AL
 
Oh sorry, it's an S21 Ultra? That's what's in your title, but your initial post says S22 Ultra. If you confirm it's an S21 Ultra, I can move the thread to that forum.

Are you saying that you're using a T-Mobile SIM when the problem occurs? If so, then it sounds like you need to speak directly to T-Mobile's support. Have you done that yet?
