Hey, appreciate that advice. My performance is awesome with Vaelpak 2.2 but my scores are very similar as when I had stock ROM. Is CM6 a good ROM to go with? I see a lot of people using it. What ROM has given you guys your highest scores??To get awesome scores...even like jerzy ( that was hard to type) you just gotta toy around with it. The best way to go is to just find a rom that works for you in every sense- performance and looks. Overclocking a rom wont always give you the best results

My Linpack score of 41 was the highest I ever got. I USUALLY get around 38-39, not too far off from where you're at. My Quadrant score of almost 1700 was after about 7-8 tries. It's consistently in the low 1600's though. Those benchmarks can be a little tricky. A lot depends on how your phone is set up. If you have a lot of things going on in the background you're numbers are gonna suffer. With that said I wouldn't focus too much on benchmarks. What matters the most is how it actually feels when you use it. CM will probably always be the fastest rom for the Evo. But it has trade-offs. Which is why I personally don't use it..

A little off topic here but.....I just rooted and I'm looking for a good Rom to test out...you guys look like seasoned vets so any advice?
