Hi My samsung j7 max mobile is not getting charged up to 100 it is stopping at 82% ?Why?

Actually, that's a good thing. Lithium batteries last longer when they are charged in the middle range, 40-80%. However, you may want to check and see whether you have some type of battery notifier installed which may be limiting a full charge.
