I am dancing with delight to have found this site. I am a 54 year old female that is, as they say "technologically challenged." So if/when, or more to the point, when I ask a question or write a post it most likely could be one of those so called "never a dumb question." So bare with me and just got to say, it took me a few goes to get to this point on the site!! As they say "you are in the right place."
Now enough about what I can't do but a bit about what I can.
I am a self employed professional working in the Health and Justice System and have done so for 18 years. My passion is working with clients who have made very bad choices in life to turn their life around whilst incarcerated/jailedand/or whilst undertaking Community Correction Orders.
I provide Specialist Counselling in Addiction and Trauma and Specialist Education for individuals and groups whilst in prison or on Parole.
The latest proven mandatory group therapy in regards to Drink and Drug Drivers is the Behaviour Change Model, which has been recently implemented (12 months ago) prior to them applying for their Licence to be restored. After 25 plus years of the program being one of education, Researchers, Department of Health, VicRoads, Police and other associated parties decided that a Therapeutic Behaviour Change program is the best way to deal with the increasing road toll due to Drink and Drug Driving.
This model came into effect last year. It is to premature to say on a professional level but my view personally and anecdotally, is it is not working. It is my strong hope that this will change asap.
Outside of my work I love dancing burlesque, modeling, spending time with my partner and two beautiful adult daughters.
So hope that provides you with a little snippet into my life to date.
I look forward to being an active participant. However, it will be all about questions from me rather than answers unfortunately. I wish it was the other way around as I thrive on helping people. I have put my first question up, so I await a solution from no doubt all the tech savvy people on this site that provide answers.
Thank you to the Moderators and Administrators for your volunteered time in helping people like me.
Take care 😊

Hi done it already, pressed the wrong button before finishing post.
I have a plain Samsung 9
Thank you for for lovely welcome.
Cheers

^ It is rich in detail, describes laudable work, and shows a readiness to learn about the Android system. The kind words about the volunteers are also appreciated.

Hi, thank you and now I know why it has had such positive comments.
Now I know this is not where one asks questions. However, firstly I get an email when someone acknowledges my welcome post and it also states if I do not open it I may not get any further emails about my posts.
How do I get to my first post on how to open my samsung s4 as I am locked out .I want to see if any responses.
Thank you and look forward to the answers.
