Hi security pattern locked out Urgent

My Samsung Galaxy tab S2 keeps asking for a pattern lock solution. I haven't a clue what it is as I have been using fingerprints and password for everything. This lock won't even let me power it down or use my password to bypass. Does anybody have a solution.
