Hi guys
I am Harry and live in Austria, Central Europe.
After being owner of the Nexus 6P for a bit more than one and a halve years, I got the infamous battercrash problem (phone shuts down with a lot of juice to go).
I bought this device at ottoversand.at and therefore I sent it in there for repairs (in the EU we have 2 years of mandatory warranty). They sent it around quite a bit and one month later it lies at Huawei with the status "waiting for spare parts". I complained a bit at the ottoversand hotline and they offered me a compensation of 600,- € which I gladly took.
I am waiting now for the LG V30 to be available in Austria (probably end of November) and will then get this beast - (or maybe the Huawei Mate 10 Pro ... who knows... decisions, decisions)
In case I grab the LG, I will look in here a bit more often. I hope and believe, you guys are as nice and laid back as the Nexus owners, therefore I extend my greetings to you.
cya all around!
