Hidden alarm keeps going off?

This has really started to bug me. Title says it all, an alarm keeps going off and I can't find it. It goes off every morning at 5:57 AM, 3 minutes before I wake up. I have searched the standard alarm app, and looked around on my phone, but can't find anything. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!

No, I only have the standard app that comes with the phone. I had another one, but I already de-installed that one, and am still having the problem.

Try clearing the cache and data of the clock app to see if that gets rid of the alarm.

And that one had an alarm set for 5:57 AM, and you didn't turn it off before uninstalling the app? So the entry is still listed as an active job and it's still waking the phone every morning and setting off the alarm tone. If you reinstall it you might find the alarm still set. Turn it off and uninstall it again. If not, you're going to have to root the phone, learn to read the equivalent of the crontab file and delete that entry.

Go to your apps screen and click on the clock app (my clock app just looks like a regular wall clock). When ur in the clock app, there are a few tabs on the top, one is alarms and should list all alarms! You should be able to find that hidden one there. Hold it down and the delete box will appear. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem. Found the alarm came from my calendar app where I had scheduled something for this week several months ago. So the fix was in the calendar app, not the clock app(s)

Check the notification settings on your email accounts.
That's what was happening to me. Our school sends out batches of emails everyday on my kids' progress in each class, so I thought alarm was going off when it was just 27 emails coming in one after another.
